Things that made my day.

This morning was Isaac's first day back to school and so I cleaned out his backpack. I pulled out a little handmade Christmas card. It said The holidays are special because ______ and Isaac wrote my mom. It was one of those pure joy moments for me. Then he came home and saw it on the counter. I told him I love it and it made my heart happy and he said I can keep it forever. Brianna was telling me all of the sign language signs that she has been learning in preschool. I am very impressed Mrs. Alison is such a great teacher then at dinner she said I hate brocoli this is the sign for I hate brocoli and I started to laugh cause I know that it is made up. Mrs. Alison is not teaching the sign for I hate brocoli. Now I am wondering how many of her signs were real at this point she knows more sign language than me. We went to Costco today and can I just say if you want to run into everybody just make sure you look like He-- (no make up sweats you get the picture) and bring along your 4 and 2 year olds that like to scream at the top of their lungs. Shane was in line in front of me and said Seth is nothing like Rob because he was so vocal.

Isn't it funny how the seemingly small things make such a huge difference for mommies. I love that.
